Booking/Terms of payment

 Once you send us your booking enquiry, we will contact you within 24 hours and kindly ask you to pay 20% booking fee (non-refundable) by bank transfer or credit/debit card payment to secure the apartment.

 As soon as the booking fee has been received you will receive your booking confirmation by email. The remaining balance is due at least 5 weeks before the arrival date. In case of bookings made less than 5 weeks before your arrival date, you will be required to pay the full balance for the rental and not only the booking fee to secure the apartment.


 In the unlikely event of cancellation (try to avoid it, we are confident that you will not regret;), for cancellations made more than 3 weeks prior to your planned arrival date, 100% of the total balance paid will be refunded to your account. In case you cancel your booking less than 3 weeks, but more than 1 week before the planned arrival 50% of the total balance paid will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 1 week before the arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the rental price.

 What’s included in the price

 Please note that the rental price for bookings of five nights or more is inclusive of final cleaning, utilities, supply of bed linen and towels. In case of bookings for less than 5 nights, cleaning supplement of EUR 30 will be required. Should you be staying with us for longer than a week, your bed sheets and towels will be changed. The changeover days are generally Saturdays, though this can be changed upon your email/phone request.

No security deposit

 Another positive piece of news is that we do not charge any breakage/security deposit as we believe in our guests’ honesty and their respect for property they are using (please don’t let us down, we don’t want to be forced to introduce any extra charges for you). We trust that any property damage will be reported to us without delay and reasonable compensation will be paid out.

 Hours of arrival/departure

 We are flexible on times of your arrival and departure, unless we have guests leaving on the day of your arrival (in this case please do not turn up before 16.00) or arriving on the day of your departure (in which case you will unfortunately have to leave our lovely apartment at 11.00). Customers will be notified upon request at the latest one week before arrival, if there is an opportunity to arrive earlier or leave later.


Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Please also note that all the rooms in the apartment are non-smoking.

We do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident, whether personal or otherwise sustained by you while staying with us and highly recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance before your trip to Spain.
